Taurus Group
Whilst on deployment to the Gulf carrying out Maritime Security Operations, HMS Portland met up with the Taurus Group today 15 th April 2009, the Taurus group consists of HMS Ocean, HMS Somerset, RFA Wave Ruler and HMS Talent. HMS Portland will be spending 3 days with this group carrying out Replenishment at Sea, Vertreps, anti -submarine exercise, flying and Officer of the Watch manoeveurs.
