From Andrew Harding. RMAS Robust seen towing Faithful outbound from Devonport on the 12May 1983 bound for Gibraltar.
1957 manned by PAS crew and sailed to Devonport. 1958 sailed from Devonport in company with DEXTEROUS to Gibraltar and thence to Malta for service under CD. 7.9.58 arrived Malta to replace DILIGENT. September 1961 sailed to Devonport for further service under CD Devonport. 4.9.81 withdrawn from service. 12.4.83 sailed from Devonport (towed by ROBUST) to be sunk as a target off Gibraltar. 21.4.83 sunk by HM Ships ALACRITY, BATTLEAXE & BRAZEN.
