Built for James Dredging Co, Southampton as Foremost in 1938, purchased by the Admiralty and renamed C11 for Fleet Fuelling Service, served until 1958 then transferred to the Captain of the Port's Department and renamed Regard. Sold 1966 and broken. Seen in 1962.
